It’s beautiful buildings have been sympathetically restored and are stylishly decorated to create a unique “Country House Hotel By The Sea”, where you can relax in peace and luxury from the moment you arrive.

The Priory Bay aims to provide excellent cuisine using local ingredients, many from our own gardens.

Winter menus include local game prepared by our award winning Chef.

A warm welcome, log fires and cream teas make this a cosy winter retreat.

The secluded 70 acre estate, between Bembridge and Seaview, has tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool, 6 hole golf course, rolling lawns, mature woodlands, and the private beach of Priory Bay. Beach walks start on your doorstep.

The hotel has 9 double rooms, 7 premier rooms, 2 family suites. All rooms have digital TV, radio and a DVD player. An additional 7 family suites are available just across the sunken courtyard garden where dogs are welcome. Weekend supplements apply. Children’s rates available on application.
