A modern, comfortable and easily managed fisherman's style cottage in a small quiet street facing onto some pretty colour-washed terraced cottages. Just a short stroll to the High Street and yachting scene for marinas, clubs, shops etc., mainland ferry and hydrofoil terminals.

The cottage has its own parking space in adjoining private car park. There is a small terraced garden at the rear, facing south-southwest and arranged on three levels with a picnic/lunch table and deckchairs.

The cottage is on two levels with hall, living room, kitchen/dining-room on the ground floor and three bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. Kitchen and bathroom have recently been refurbished.

It is furnished for six adults/children, with a well-equipped kitchen including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave etc. There is electric ceiling heating throughout and a storage heater in the living room. Television, DVD, video, radios and telephone are provided. There are fitted carpets throughout.

Bedroom 3 - Single bed
Bathroom - Bath/shower, basin and w.c.

PRICE REDUCTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SMALLER GROUPS.

Lets are normally arranged from 2.00pm Saturday to 10.30am Saturday on a weekly basis. A booking deposit of 20% rent is requested. All beds have duvets. Cot and highchair are available.
